Committee Members reports
GD mentioned some research on pipe & tabor & contact with a relative of player with Withington Morris. Also had presented a paper at Library of Congress in Washington DC. Would investigate next broadcast of Radio Winchcombe. He would chase up Yvette Staelens re Gloucestershire Folk Map

Treasurer’s report (PC in absence of VL) Final year end accounts show a positive cash flow, and healthy income from donations (£117.40).
Glosfolk Members not on e-mail Discussion about how to keep in touch with these. Glosfolk does not have resources, time or money, to use mail, e-mail is the only feasible communication method. Agreed that PC would circulate list to all committee members, who would try to speak to them. Option of making a donation for postage could be mentioned. Will put on AGM agenda.
Business & Performance Plan Good progress, most objectives achieved or exceeded, with the exception of working with ethnic minorities, and press coverage. A fresh plan for the coming year was agreed, needs more on how objectives are to be achieved.
Web site, MySpace & Facebook sites Good progress, numerous Directory amendments had come out of the request for signed membership forms. JD had agreed to deal with these in due course. More MP3s needed for MySpace. DH had sent in pics for Facebook, more needed of folk events.
MASAD 7th November DH and BT offered to run this event. They will visit the venue soon, and formulate a programme of performers etc. Question of lunch time food discussed. Committee delegated authority for final decision making on the event, subject to general approval on plans.
Co-options to the committee Chris Arscott and Paul Stepney had agreed to join the committee at the AGM.
