2a     Identify 10 new artists/bands

2b     Improve contact with Gloucestershire’s District Councils & other arts, community, & cultural bodies

2c      To network with 3 ethnic minority groups

2d      To network with  5 organisations who work with disabled people

2e      To network with 6 organisations working with people of mature years   

 

3. Organise /Supplement Folk Events

3a      To organise 1 additional Folk Event for Gloucestershire 

3b      To supplement 10 Folk Events in Gloucestershire 

 

4. Education & Research Programme

4a       To develop one saleable Glosfolk Educational product

4b       To develop 3 Glosfolk workshops about music/drama/dance

4c        To develop  6 Glosfolk presentations

4d        To develop 2 new research projects

5. Raise Funding

5a        To recruit a fundraiser

5b        To identify one project to raise funding for

5c        To identify one sponsor

5d        To raise £500 for running costs

 

6. Peoples Voice & Publicity

6a        To take Glosfolk stand to 10 events in the County

6b        To design in feedback options to current web outlets

6c         To obtain 50 mentions in local media

6d         To increase web site hits to 100 per week (Also MySpace & Facebook)

7. Anything Else

7a         To recruit 4 more active committee members

7b         To review this plan every 3 months

 

8. Young People

8a        To recruit 2 young people’s representatives on the committee

8b        To network with 5 organisations working with young people
